Q: Do we need to hire outside bartenders?
A: No, we are a licensed full-service bar.

Q: What can be served out of the taps?
A: We can serve hot or cold beverages, including Prosecco/Champagne, beer, specialty-batched cocktails, Italian sodas, Mocktails and hot or cold nitro espresso drinks.

Q: What are the Ape’s dimensions?
A: 120”L x 55”W x 68”H. It can easily fit through standard double doors or gates.

Q: Does the Ape need power?
A: The Ape requires a standard 110-watt power source located within 100 feet of our setup area. If power access is limited, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Q: What is the standard event setup? A: Every event is customized to your vision. However, our standard setup is our beautiful Piaggio Ape, free-standing bar, Bistro table, and Umbrella. You can also add our lounge area to your package.

Q: Is alcohol included?
A: Alcohol is charged separately as a concierge service. As outlined in our services, we will assist you with sourcing, purchasing, storing, and pre-batching your menu items. We can help estimate quantities and accommodate your specific needs and restrictions, making the process easy and enjoyable.

Q: How far will you travel for an event?  A: With our Ape in tow, we proudly service all of San Diego and the surrounding counties.
